SBE Group is a 100% black owned and managed Construction Company. The firm was incorporated in 2016 with the aim of providing high quality construction services throughout South Africa. The company is currently registered as a 1GB and 1CE with the South African Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).
SBE Group’s primary objective is to minimise problems that are associated with the construction industry, such as the
following:

– Poor site management
– Skill shortages
– Entrepreneurs without any construction knowledge entering the industry

Most of these problems have often led to delays, client dissatisfaction, quality issues and increase in costs of construction projects. Briefly, our company seeks to find a balance between ‘time, cost and quality’ by bringing in experienced personnel (both the ground team and management team).

Our enterprise is driven by two of working directors who both obtained their Construction Management Degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand and worked for some reputable firms within South Africa. The Directors have also worked on some of the most prestigious projects in South Africa such as the construction of Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital, Mall of Africa, Transnet Head Office Refurbishment, etc.

With the experience and knowledge of the industry that we possess, our clients can always rest assured that their projects will be a success.
